The trial is underway for a Creek County man accused of sexually assaulting two mentally handicapped girls.

Phillip Durand faces 14 counts, including rape, child abuse and kidnapping. Prosecutors say two 14-year-old girls went to Durand's door to hand out a church flier last fall.

Several hours after they were missing, the girls returned home and told their father they had been assaulted.
