A Tulsa man, who spent 14 years behind bars for crimes he did not commit, has had his record cleared in a different case.
A Tulsa County judge ordered the dismissal of three felony counts against Arvin McGee Junior. McGee was charged in 1986 with two counts of possessing a stolen credit card and one of possessing a stolen vehicle.
McGee's attorney says he now has no felony record and is completely clean.
