About 9,500 people board Tulsa Transit buses every day. Those people may soon need to rethink "when" they ride.

The bus service held a public hearing Tuesday to get the public's input on four service changes proposed for its November schedule. Representatives for Tulsa Transit say they're trying to save money without affecting the public too much. Howard Washington, Director of Transportation Planning for Tulsa Transit, "we're saying that we're doing our best to keep the service out there and we're doing our best to make cuts that will impact the least amount of people."

If you'd like to have a say in the route changes, you can call the Tulsa Transit's main office at 585-1195, or you can reach the call center at 582-4100.

Or you can visit their web site at WWW.TULSATRANSIT.ORG.
