(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A statewide business network wants companies to hire more employees with disabilities.

Business Leadership Network is a new program that trains workers with disabilities and matches them with employers.

About 20 businesses have shown an interest in the program. the program.

Executive Director of Oklahoma One-Call call center Doug MacMillan says workers with disabilities are an untouched talent pool.

MacMillan will direct a campaign promoting the benefits of hiring people with disabilities.
