The Oklahoma Health Department is clearing the air about a Creek County judge's ruling on the smoking rules.

A spokesman says this week's ruling only applies to the two Sapulpa businesses suing to snuff out the rules permanently.

Oklahoma's health department says it -can- still enforce the rules at other Oklahoma restaurants, and it's encouraging them to comply.
