Testimony is underway in the trial of a suspended Tulsa Police officer accused of sexually battering a woman while on duty.

A 20-year-old woman says officer Orlanda Lacy approached her and her boyfriend in South Tulsa's Hunter Park in December 2000. She said while the officer had her alone in his squad car, he reached underneath her shirt then made her pull down her pants during a search for drugs.

Officer Lacy says he was not in the park that night and knows nothing of the incident.
