(Lawton-AP) -- Oklahoma coaches Bob Stoops, Kelvin Sampson and Sherri Coale will make more money next year. But they're also giving a little something back.
A raise approved by OU regents means Stoops will now make 2.1 million per year, an increase from two million this past season.
Sampson received a 165-thousand dollar pay raise to 965-thousand per year and had his contract extended to 2009.
Coale received a pay increase of about 168-thousand dollars. Coale will now make 420-thousand dollars a year. Her contract was extended to 2007.
Meanwhile, Stoops, Sampson, Coale and assistant football coach Mike Stoops are giving gifts to University Libraries.
The gifts range from 50-thousand by Bob Stoops to ten-thousand by Mike Stoops.
Athletic director Joe Castiglione also gave his entire 45-thousand-dollar raise to the OU Libraries.
