(Norman-AP) -- Oklahoma has 14 track and field athletes on the Big 12 All-Academic men's and women's teams.

Twelve of the Sooners earned a four-point-0 grade point average in at least one of the last two semesters.

Eligible athletes must have a grade point average of at least three-point-two and participate in at least 60 percent of their team's competitions.

This year's selection marks the third time seniors Alicia Emanuel and Cecil Rose made the teams.
