The Pools for Kids fund is filling up. Tulsa mayor Bill LaFortune established the program to keep community pools open that would have closed due to the city's budget problems.

As of Thursday evening - businesses and citizens have donated more than $115,000.

And the city is still hoping to collect on more than $100,000 in pledges.

Overall, the city hopes to raise $300,000 to cover opening the pools and operating costs.
