A Tulsa home, which was the scene of a police standoff this week, is now a mess.

Tulsa Police shot out every window in her house except for three. What remains is broken glass and mangled blinds. In addition, the tear gas canisters left marks on the walls along with bright pink paint. And, you can still smell the tear gas. Her family had hoped the police would pay for the damage. Homeowner's son, Richard Mitchem, "I figured they would, that's why I asked them, if they were gonna pay, but, they said no. We didn't shoot it up. They did it."

Police Chief Ron Palmer says the woman can file a tort claim with the city's legal department. They'll look at what happened and determine whether she should be paid for the damage.
