Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating announced Tuesday, a special election to fill the vacancy in Tulsa County's Commission District 2 seat.

John Selph resigned his county commission seat Monday after more than 17-years of service. He'll be heading up a volunteer organization.

Voters will elect a new commissioner during the November general election.
