A grandmother wins a battle in her fight for justice. The Tulsa County Election Board Monday certified more than 6,800 signatures on a grand jury petition. Madge Colbert collected the signatures after the Tulsa County DA decided there wasn't enough evidence to file charges in her granddaughter Rachel Clayton's death. Colbert's attorneys will take an order to the judge Tuesday, who then has 30-days to convene the grand jury. The Tulsa County DA's office has agreed to take itself out of the grand jury process.
