(Terre Haute, Indiana-AP) -- A billboard on a road that passes the federal prison in Terre Haute, Indiana, is encouraging passers-by to ``Pray for McVeigh.''
Birmingham, Alabama, cab driver Chad Steenerson is using the billboard to express his feelings about Timothy McVeigh's May 16th execution.
Steenerson is a Terre Haute native, who is now a student in addition to driving a cab and paid 700 dollars for the billboard.
Steenerson is a devout Christian who runs a Web site that encourages people to pray for several offenders, including the gunmen in the Columbine High School shooting.
