(Tulsa-AP) -- A Sand Springs man involved in a ``road rage'' case that left a baby injured has been given three years probation.
Eric Donald Downing Junior was sentenced yesterday after pleading guilty last month to assault with a dangerous weapon, a felony.
Downing had been accused of knocking out the back window of a car driven by John Herrington the Second and throwing a beer bottle at the car. Herrington says he discovered glass stuck in the head of his then seven-week-old son. The infant did not need stitches or hospitalization.
