(Buffalo-AP) -- A former Harper County sheriff's deputy charged with four counts of sexual abuse against a child could face even more counts.
The district attorney's office is alleging more than 280 counts of sexual abuse against Jeff Greenlee.
Associate District Judge Gerald Riffe will rule on how many counts Greenlee will face at trial. Riffe didn't say when he would rule, but says the process may take longer because Greenlee is changing attorneys.
Greenlee was charged in September for allegedly molesting three teen-age girls at his home. Authorities say more evidence has surfaced that could warrant the extra charges.
Greenlee's is next scheduled to appear in court on April 3rd. Authorities say Greenlee has been released from the Harper County jail on 30-thousand dollars bail.
