Tulsa Police are looking for a Green Jeep Wagoneer in connection with a double homicide. Some early reports stated the vehicle was a Cherokee, but that information has been revised.
It happened around ten-thirty Wednesday night near Cincinatti and 43rd Street North. A man in his home heard gunfire and called police.
When the Police arrived, they found two men sitting in a car in the driveway. They'd been shot several times with a high powered rifle.
Captain Larry Kinney - Tulsa Police Department: We feel like these two victims were specifically targeted, we don't know why yet, officers are investigating and we do have some witnesses and some leads.
Police hope the search for the green Jeep Cherokee seen leaving the area will lead to a suspect.
The victims identified as 18-year-old Kenneth Avery and 20-year-old Anthony Ussery. At this time there is still no known motive for the murders.
One person was taken into custody for questioning.
