(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A spokesman for Governor Keating says the governor is flattered, but not interested in becoming the nation's drug czar.
Former national drug control policy director William Bennett has mentioned Keating as a possible candidate for the position in the Bush administration.
Keating spokesman Phil Bacharach says the governor is aware of the comment and flattered, but that accepting such a post is not in Keating's plans.
Keating was under consideration to be Bush's running mate and to become U-S Attorney General.
Bacharach says the governor wants to finish his term, which expires in January 2003.
