(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency says it will pay for all the costs of cleaning up debris following the December ice storms.

President Bush is increasing the amount F-E-M-A will pay from 90 to 100 percent and the adjustment is retroactive to December 25th.

At least 27 deaths are blamed on the storm that began Christmas Day and left tens of thousands without power. Then-President Clinton declared the area a disaster.
