DECORAH, Iowa (AP) â€” Brianne Schoonover hit a one-handed desperation shot from 57 feet as time expired to give Wartburg a 59-56 victory over Luther on Tuesday night.

With the game tied at 56 and 3 seconds remaining, Wartburg's Molly Mason rebounded a missed free throw and passed to Schoonover for the desperation shot.

Schoonover's heave hit the backboard, then hit the front of the rim, went straight up and fell in.
