(Broken Arrow-AP) -- The city of Broken Arrow has ten-thousand dollars to give away, if only someone would claim it.

The prize is part of a promotion called ``Buy Broken Arrow.'' Shoppers in the city are given a ticket for going into a local store. More tickets are earned by spending money.

Chamber of Commerce officials have held three ticket drawings and no one has claimed the money. A fourth drawing is scheduled for Wednesday, February 14.

The plan was for ticket holders to go to Broken Arrow High School for the drawing, they had to be present to win. But an ice storm changed the plans and chamber officials decided to draw the ticket and announce the winning number on radio and television.

Business owners aren't complaining. One store manager says it's wonderful, the best advertising he could expect.
