(Washington-AP) -- Another Oklahoman has been chosen to help with the transition to a Bush administration in Washington.

Former state Senator Tom Cole will be a transition adviser to Energy Secretary-designate Spencer Abraham.

Cole is currently chief of staff at the Republican National Committee. He joins Oklahoma Corporation Commissioner Denise Bode on Abraham's transition advisory team.

Oklahoma County District Attorney Bob Macy was earlier named to the transition advisory team for Attorney General-designate John Ashcroft.
