(Commerce-AP) -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Picher woman has been killed in a one car accident in Ottawa County.

Troopers say Brenda Joyce Barlow died when the car she was driving ran off the side of Highway 69 near Commerce. Her car then hit a telephone box and came to rest on a culvert.

Troopers say seat belts were not in use at the time of the crash.
