LOS ANGELES (AP) â€” Geena Davis is getting married â€” again.

The 44-year-old actress is engaged to Reza Jarrahy, a 29-year-old surgeon who popped the question over the weekend.

``They are very, very happy and excited to be engaged,'' Davis publicist Paul Bloch said Monday.

It will be the fourth marriage for the star of ABC's ``The Geena Davis Show.'' The couple met through friends two years ago.

No wedding date has been set.

Davis won a supporting actress Academy Award for playing a dog trainer in ``The Accidental Tourist.'' She also got an Oscar nomination for her role in ``Thelma & Louise.''
