(Tulsa-AP) -- Three former car salesmen won't be charged with raping and sexually abusing an 18-year-old Kentucky woman in June.
Charges have been dropped against Edward Ray Farley Junior of Chouteau and Steve Anthony Nall of Tulsa.
Special Judge Kyle Haskins cited insufficient evidence to support the charges. Haskins added a felony charge to each for providing alcohol to minors.
The judge also ruled in favor of dropping rape charges against Randall Scott Dunnam of Broken Arrow.
Four men had been charged with sexually assaulting two women at an after-hours cookout at Classic Chevrolet in Owasso.
Haskins let sexual battery charges stand against Dunnam and Brien Ernest McCormick of Bartlesville.
