Here's an update on the state of Oklahoma’s case against Terry Nichols. State Attorney General Drew Edmonson is trying to help Oklahoma County District Attorney Bob Macy to be reinstated to work on the Nichol’s case. Macy was removed after a judge ruled he violated ethics rules, and disobeyed a gag order by talking with the media. Edmondson says he'll file a brief claiming the judge acted improperly by disqualifying Macy's office. Edmondson says he'll wait for the outcome of the appeal before deciding if someone else will have to prosecute the case.
