The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 45-year-old Jon Welch was driving a pickup truck north on Oklahoma 88 when the truck ran off the road, went into a ditch and rolled several times.
Troopers say Welch was not wearing a seat belt.
The accident occurred about 10:45 p-m Thursday night.
