(Sapulpa-AP) -- A Sapulpa man is being presented with one of the highest military honors ever given to an enlisted man.
Casey Binion is a master sergeant in the United States Army.
Binion is being given the Excalibur Award by the U-S Special Forces. It's only the second time the award has been given.
Binion is being honored for retrieving and decoding more than ten-thousand sensitive documents.
The documents were seized from the headquarters of the Bosnian-Croatian Intelligence Service during a NATO operation last year in Bosnia.
The military says Binion's expertise in several areas including computer skills prevented acts of violence against U-S and NATO troops.
More than 600 of the documents also are being used as evidence in the U-N War Crimes Tribunal at The Hague in the Netherlands.
