(Boynton-AP) -- Earlier this year, Steve Henson quit as BuffaloValley's school superintendent after pleading guilty to several alcohol and traffic violations.
Now, Henson has been hired as the superintendent of the Boynton-Moton school district.
Henson resigned his Buffalo Valley job April First after he'd been suspended most of the school year following his November arrest in Oklahoma City.
Four of the seven Boynton-Moton school board members voted to hire Henson to replace Herby Poteete, whose last day is June 30th.
The Boynton-Moton district has about 170 students. It is lookin gfor someone to turn it around, after the district earned such poor test scores that it made the state's list of "high-challenged" schools.
