(Muskogee-AP) -- Police in Muskogee are investigating as suspicious the deaths of two people, whose bodies were discovered within an hour of each other early yesterday.
Authorities say autopsies on a 19-month-old boy and a woman of unknown age were being performed at the state Medical Examiner's Office in Tulsa.
Police say they found the boy after 2 a-m. Thirty minutes later they found the partially burned body of a woman at a blaze at a vacant home in south Muskogee.
Investigator Gary Sturm says it looked like the fire was a "failed attempt" to burn the house down.
