(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Oklahoma's gas prices edged down a little in the last couple of days, although not as much as motorists would like.
Chuck Mai is managing director of public and government relations for Triple-A Oklahoma. Mai says yesterday that average prices dropped two cents to a dollar-80 and he expects another two to three-cent decline today.
Mai says he's getting reports of several stations in the metropolitan areas that were at a-dollar-74 and down to a-dollar-69.
On the flip side, Oklahoma Energy Secretary Mike Smith says he doesn't believe Oklahoma's prices are too high. He says the prices have been too low for too long.
Smith says -- quote -- the American people think we have a constitutional right to cheap energy. We don't -- unquote.
