OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- James King of Kremlin got a big Father's Day gift Sunday -- two baby boys and two baby girls.
King's wife, Jacque, gave birth to quadruplets at Integris Baptist Hospital, said hospital spokesman Damon Gardenhire.
The babies were born during a 10 minute period starting about 10 a.m., and each baby weighed around 2 pounds to 3 pounds.
All were in critical condition Sunday afternoon. The babies were not due for a few more weeks, Gardenhire said.
The parents, who declined to be interviewed, had not named the babies Sunday.
The mother gave birth to the quads by Caesarean section and was on fertility treatments before the pregnancy, Gardenhire said.
