(Norman-AP) -- Oklahoma football coach Bob Stoops is featured in an article in the latest issue of Sports Illustrated.

Stoops and his family are profiled in the June 12th edition.

The story is considered the first significant exposure for the O-U football program since 1995.

It's considered a positive article for the Sooners.

But there's a catch for readers.

The article appears in a supplement to the magazine and not all issues will have it.

Sports Illustrated spokesman Joseph Assad says the supplement gets in so-called "select editions" that include stories that don't get into the main issue.

The select edition goes to a little more than a third of S-I subscribers. Regardless, O-U officials say they're pleased with the exposure.
