Hefner: Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water clear. Channel
catfish good on worms, liver and cut bait; crappie good on minnows
and jigs; walleye fair on worms and minnows.
Overholser: Sand bass good on spinnerbaits, white plastic grubs
and minnows; channel catfish good on worms, liver and cut bait;
crappie fair on minnows and jigs.
Thunderbird: Elevation normal, water 58. Crappie good on minnows
and jigs, 3 ft.; saugeye good on minnows, jigs, and crankbaits, 3-6
ft., off points.
Wes Watkins: Elevation normal, water 58 and clearing. Black bass
good on spinnerbaits and lizards near brushpiles, 3-7 ft., and
under docks; crappie good on minnows and jigs; channel catfish good
on cut shad and punch bait.
NORTHEAST
Copan: Channel catfish fair on worms and prepared baits; crappie
fair on minnows and jigs, 4-6 ft., in coves and creek channels.
Eucha: Elevation below normal, water 68 and clear. All fishing
reported good.
Fort Gibson: Elevation 8 ft. above normal, water 68 and murky.
Channel catfish fair on shad, prepared baits and worms in the
flooded timber and in creek channels.
Grand: Sand bass good on spinnerbaits and jigs off rocky points
and bridges; channel catfish good on cut shad and worms in creeks;
crappie fair on minnows and jigs near docks and brushpiles.
Greenleaf: Black bass good on spinnerbaits and crankbaits near
shore; crappie good on minnows and jigs near shore.
Hudson: Black bass good on crankbaits and plastic worms; channel
catfish good on cut bait; crappie good on minnows.
Kaw: Sand bass good trolling crankbaits in the Ponca Cove area;
blue catfish excellent on shad and worms, 1-4 ft., near rocks and
in flats in Bear Creek; channel catfish good on shrimp; crappie
good on minnows and jigs, 2-10 ft., near brushpiles and rocks.
Keystone: Elevation 3 ft. above normal, water 70 and murky.
Channel catfish good on cut shad; crappie fair on minnows near
shore.
Skiatook: Elevation 3 ft. above normal, water clear lower, murky
upper. Hybrids good on live shad and trolling crankbaits.
Spavinaw: Elevation normal, water 70 and clear. All fishing
reported good.
Tenkiller: Elevation 2 ft. above normal and rising, water clear
lower and murky upper. Black bass excellent on spinnerbaits and
flipping baits in flooded timber; channel catfish good on cut bait
on jug lines, 20 ft.; crappie good on minnows and tube jigs in
shallow water; flathead catfish excellent on live baits on
trotlines and juglines near the rocky shoreline.
Webbers Falls: Black bass good on spinnerbaits; channel catfish
good on shad on bottom.
SOUTHEAST
Arbuckle: Elevation normal, water 74 and clear. Black bass good;
sand bass fair on the surface in late afternoons; channel catfish
good on trotlines and juglines in the upper arms; crappie good on
minnows and jigs, 15 ft., under docks.
Broken Bow: Elevation normal, water 70 and clear. Black bass
fair off points; sand bass fair in the creek channels.
Eufaula: Elevation 2 ft. above normal, water 69 and murky. Black
bass fair on spinnerbaits; crappie fair on live minnows.
Hugo: Elevation 3 ft. above normal, water 65. Black bass fair on
spinnerbaits; channel catfish fair on cut shad; crappie good on
live minnows.
Konawa: Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 79 and clear. Black
bass good on plastic worms, 4-6 ft., in the weed beds and cattails;
Sand bass and hybrids fair, 15 ft., in the discharge canal; channel
catfish good on chicken liver and cut shad, 15-20 ft., in the
discharge canal.
Murray: Elevation 5 ft. below normal, water 68 and clear. Black
bass fair on plastic worms and minnows; sand bass and crappie fair
on minnows and jigs; channel catfish fair on cut bait.
Pine Creek: Elevation 3 ft. above normal, water 62. Black bass
good on spinnerbaits and crankbaits, 6-8 ft., off points and in
creek channels; channel catfish fair on cut shad in the river
channel.
Robert S. Kerr: Elevation normal, water 72 and murky. Black bass
good on plastic baits, spinnerbaits and crankbaits, 3-6 ft., near
shoreline; sand bass fair on shad type lures, 10 ft., in the upper
end; channel catfish good on cut shad, 10-15 ft., in flats and near
creek and river channels; crappie fair on jigs and small minnows,
6-8 ft., near structure.
Sardis: Elevation normal, water 63 and clear. Black bass good on
topwater lures, spinnerbaits and plastic baits early and late;
channel catfish excellent on cut shad and stink baits; crappie good
over brushpiles and near rocky points.
Texoma: Elevation 1 ft. below normal, water 62 and clear. Black
bass good on spinnerbaits, 5-10 ft., in Little Glasses Creek; sand
bass good on sassy shad, 5-10 ft., in Little Glasses Creek; striped
bass good on live shad, 15-20 ft., at Platter Flats; channel
catfish good on cut bait, 5-10 ft., in the Washita River.
Wister: Elevation 3 ft. above normal, water murky. Black bass
good on salt craws and soft plastic baits, 2-8 ft.; channel catfish
good on fresh shad, 4-10 ft.; crappie fair on minnows, 6-12 ft.
NORTHWEST
Canton: Elevation normal. Sand bass and hybrids excellent
drifting slabs and live shad; channel catfish fair; crappie fair on
minnows and jigs, 5-10 ft.
Fort Supply: Crappie good on minnows and jigs near brushpiles.
SOUTHWEST
Altus-Lugert: Sand bass good on minnows and jigs; hybrids good
on live bait and slabs in open water; channel catfish good on cut
bait and dead minnows; crappie good on minnows and jigs near rocks;
walleye good on jigs and trolling along the rocks.
Ellsworth: Elevation normal, water 65 and murky. Channel catfish
fair on stinkbait, 2 ft., in the cattails; crappie fair on minnows
and jigs, 5-15 ft., near rocks and brushpiles.
Foss: Elevation normal, water 62 and clear. Saugeye fair on
medium-running crankbaits along the north shoreline and the dam
face; catfish good on cut bait and shad, on jugs and trotlines in
the north end; hybrids and sand bass fair drifting minnows and
shad, 35 ft.
Fort Cobb: Elevation normal, water murky. Blue and channel
catfish excellent on cut shad and minnows, 15-20 ft., in the
channels.
Tom Steed: Sand bass and hybrids fair on large minnows off
points and trolling crankbaits; channel catfish good on cut bait in
the rocks; crappie good on minnows and jigs, 4-6 ft., in Otter
Creek and Glen Creek and around rocks near the dam.
Waurika: Elevation 2 ft. below normal, water murky. Channel
catfish fair on minnows, 1-4 ft.; crappie fair on minnows and jigs,
1-4 ft.
All fishing is reported as slow at the following lakes: Atoka,
Birch, Carl Blackwell, Draper, Great Salt Plains, Hulah, McGee
Creek, Sooner.
