(Tulsa-AP) -- A 67-year-old Tulsa man has been indicted on nine counts of possessing child pornography.

A federal grand jury yesterday accused Robert John Naus of having computer disks containing illegal images. They were turned up in a U-S Customs Service search of his home on April 13th.

Naus is accused in a Customs Service affidavit of sending money to two Russian child porn traffickers.

After the initial search of his home, Naus was accused of violating terms of his bail by continuing to possess - quote -"inappropriate" sexual material, discovered during an April 17th search.
