(Tulsa-AP) -- A former guard who is now an inmate at the jail he once worked for alleges in court papers that his rights are being violated.
Twenty-six-year-old Lemuel Whiteside is a former Corrections Corporation of America guard at the Tulsa Jail.
He claims he isn't being treated like other inmates, with fewer showers, less telephone access and even videotaped conversations with his lawyer.
His lawyer wants to make sure he gets the same basic services as other inmates.
He also wants a judge to prohibit C-C-A from constantly taping its former employee.
