(Broken Arrow-AP) -- A Broken Arrow man charged with soliciting the murder of his wife has been released from jail on bail to await a June Fifth preliminary hearing.
Forty-three-year-old Earl A-J- "Sonny" McNatt Junior posted a $50,000 bond yesterday allowed by Tulsa County Special Judge Pete Messler.
McNatt and Allen Pete Sandbothe of Tulsa are charged with soliciting the murder of Laurie McNatt.
Messler ordered McNatt to possess no firearms and to have no contact with Laurie McNatt or her relatives as conditions of the bond.
A man allegedly contacted by Sandbothe to kill Laurie McNatt contacted the Creek County Sheriff's Office.
Photographs were staged to make it appear that Laurie McNatt had been killed.
McNatt was arrested when he arrived with money he allegedly planned to use to pay off the hit man.
