(Wichita Falls, Texas-AP) -- Children aren't the only ones who sometimes get sent to the principal's office.

The stepmother of an eighth-grader in Wichita Falls, Texas, had been ordered by a judge to attend school with her truant daughter.

The woman was sent to the principal's office yesterday, reportedly for making fun of the administrator while in class.

But the stepmother denies making fun of the principal and says she wasn't disrupting class --- just playing a quiet video game.

That's another no-no.

Video games aren't allowed in the classroom.

The Wichita Falls Times Record News reports the girl has missed 30 days of school this year, prompting a judge to require the stepmom to attend class for two weeks.
