(Tulsa-AP) -- Tulsa Oilers coach Shaun Clouston apparently isn't taking a lot of time off after the season.

Clouston says he can't afford to rest.

He's already planning for next season -- just about 48 hours after the Oilers were eliminated from the Central Hockey League playoffs.

Clouston says other teams are already recruiting in anticipation of next season.

In addition to searching for new talent, Clouston could face tough decisions on which veterans to keep.

Tulsa had the maximum number of veterans this year, but other players might be consider veterans by the league now, forcing changes.
