Residents in all but four units are back in their apartments after a fire broke out in a Tulsa landmark.
It happened shortly after 2 p.m. Friday at the University Club Apartments near downtown Tulsa. Firefighters believe the flames started on the balcony of a 17th floor unit. At one point flames engulfed 2 balconies.
"Every square foot of it. I could see the whole patio just full of flames, so I contacted the fire chief," says witness.
The flames damaged the inside of 2 apartment. Two floors on the 18th floor suffered smoke damage.
No one was injured.
