(Houston-AP) -- Want to be a West Texas rancher? Now's your chance. Monty and Susan Price are raffling off their 47-acre ranch near Iraan in West Texas.

The Prices tell the Texas Journal of The Wall Street Journal
that they asked God what to do after they were unable to sell their
spread, which is about 45 miles east of Fort Stockton.

That's when the raffle idea came to them. They're selling 100-dollar tickets for a September tenth drawing. The winner will get the Rock Ranch, which includes two houses, a barn, and acreage with such game as deer and turkey.

If fewer than 1,500 are sold, the raffle will be called off and ticket holders will get a refund.
