TURLEY, Okla. (AP) -- A teen-ager was killed Wednesday after an apparent dispute over a motorcycle engine in Tulsa County, authorities said. Eighteen-year-old Nathan Bonds was shot shortly before 1:30 p.m. while working at a garage near Turley, officers said.

Bonds apparently began arguing with customer Rodney McDoulett, who had an engine the teen-ager was working on. Shots were fired as McDoulett left in a van. Bonds was hit in the eye, authorities said. McDoulett was being held on a murder complaint. Also in custody were the van's driver and McDoulett's common-law-wife, who also was in the van.
