(Claremore-AP) -- A man who prosecutors say was planning to shoot a judge and other officials has pleaded guilty to reduced charges. Thomas Kenneth Haley was charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor after being caught with ten guns and 700 rounds of ammunition. Three of the guns were loaded. But under an agreement with prosecutors, Haley pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges.

Police stopped Haley after they say his daughter called them to say he was on his way to the Rogers County Courthouse to -- quote-- "shoot people." But prosecutors say that daughter now denies making the statement, making prosecution difficult. Haley will serve six months in jail, which with time served would have him out by March first.
