(Tulsa-AP) -- A judge has ordered a past Broken Arrow school board president to stay away from Tulsa's Eastland Mall where he admitted making an obscene phone call. Edward Koepsel received a three-year deferred sentence.

Staying away from Eastland Mall is part of Koepsel's probation. Koepsel had admitted he made an obscene phone call to a woman working at a store at the mall. He resigned from the school board after his arrest in August. The arrest came after police set up surveillance at a pay phone that had been linked to previous obscene and harassing phone calls.
