(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A Department of Human Services report showed that social workers went to the home of a dead baby's grandparents at least seven times in the past decade or so. D-H-S workers visited Ray and Catherine Sexton while following up on complaints on the home's condition. The report comes as an investigation into the death of three-month-old Nathan Burk continues.

Nathan starved to death at his grandparents' roach-infested home in August. His mother, 20-year-old Angela Burk, and her parents, Estel and Catherine Sexton were charged last month with first-degree murder. Sexton hanged himself in his Oklahoma County jail cell on Saturday. Social workers saw Nathan and his two-year-old brother, Zachary, June 17th. They were clean and well-nourished.
