(College Station, Texas-AP) -- The head of a commission investigating the Texas A-and-M bonfire accident says it's "more complex" than he'd thought.
The independent task force visited the site of last month's deadly collapse today, and began developing a strategy to find the cause of the accident.
Commission chairman Leo Linbeck Junior says his first visit to the spot where 12 students died revealed the enormity of the task at hand.
The school's president has set a March 31st deadline for the panel to report its findings, but Linbeck says that date is merely a goal.
He also says a website will be established to provide updates on the panel's progress.
