(Tulsa-AP) -- Dave Rader says last week's starting quarterback Michael Wall will probably start the San Jose State game.
That's despite three turnovers in last week's game against Texas A-and-M in a 62-to-13 blowout.
Wall warmed the bench during the second half of the A-and-M game. Freshman Josh Blankenship took the field for the second half.
Rader says the Golden Hurricanes need both of their quarterbacks to improve.
Since his 14-of-15 performance in Tulsa's opening game, Wall has completed 20-of-39 passes for 149 yards. But he was picked off twice and fumbled once in each of their last two games.
Blankenship has thrown at a 32-percent completion rate for 199 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.
