(Tulsa-AP) -- Federal lawsuits filed by Microsoft Incorporated
accuse three Tulsa-area firms of copyright infringement.

Microsoft alleges that Gorilla Systems Incorporated and Delta
Computer Systems, both of Tulsa, and Broken Arrow-based
Interactivities Incorporated, unlawfully distributed components of
Microsoft's copyrighted software.

In three filings in U-S District Court, Microsoft alleged
copyright infringement, federal trademark infringement and
violations of a federal law that outlaws deceptive packaging.
I
t also alleges violations of the Oklahoma Deceptive Trade
Practices Act and common law prohibition against unfair
competition.

In all three cases, Microsoft said the companies distributed
software components despite being sent letters to cease and desist
such distribution.
