Two women and a child are dead following an accident in Rogers County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the victims were stopped on Highway 88 waiting to turn onto Highway 412 when a truck hit them from behind. The impact pushed their car into a delivery truck in the other lane.

The victims are a 26 year old woman, her 5 year old daughter and the woman's 22 year old sister. Their names have not been released.

Officials say rain played a role in the accident.
