Oklahoma City Police officers say a family returned home and found a package on their front steps addressed to one of their sons.

When they opened the box, they found something strange wrapped in a black trash bag. They called police and they found a bloody, skinned dog head inside. Homeowner Jeremy Greco: "All I seen was a bunch of blood down in the bottom of the bag. And it's not going to be taken lightly. So, I not sure who sent it, but hopefully we'll find out and we'll go from there."

Oklahoma City Police Captain Jeff Becker: "We're going to investigate who might have the motivation to do something like that in the first place or send it to this house."

Police say whoever is responsible will likely face charges.
