Being in the wrong place, at the wrong time, lands one man in the Tulsa County jail early Tuesday.

It started when an officer spotted a truck matching the description of a vehicle used in a north Tulsa burglary. The officer tried to stop it, but the driver kept going. He finally pulled over on US highway 75 near the 17th Street exit.

The driver told the officer he thought he had an outstanding warrant. He didn't, but did get some traffic tickets. The passenger did have a warrant, and he was sent to jail.
